A Dog from the Past

Standard

All is as it should be, no need to double check on your calendar, there was no Time travel and we’re still going with this bizarre year 2020.

With a sort of memory lane, we noticed the illustration we did way back in 2018 to celebrate the beginning of the Dog Year in the new Lunar Calendar and it seems that we have never shared it on the blog and the feeling of a sort of lost dog just won’t do, so here you go!

Hopefully it will transport you to remember the good things of that year and who knows, a great opportunity to see what you have accomplished since then – or instead – have the chance to work on now.

You can also delve into the perspective of how the current Present would seem so surreal back then…

Unspoken Trust

The luck of finding a four legged companion that within capacities understands your hopes and fears further than expected is a true blessing.
Wordless support with just a hug that helps to hang on a little longer when going through the worst of times.

Not to mention the bodyguard material in this case. It takes guts to confront the Lady’s mastiff.

Speak not what you wish not

Forget about the little demon on your shoulder telling you to say evil things, this one not only wouldn’t feel that comfortable standing on your shoulder… But he also tells you not to say things you don’t mean.
His punishing is harsher than his advising!
